During the school year, youth from 6th through 8th grade will leave the service following the sermon to be led by an experienced, caring teacher in a further age-appropriate "download" of the scripture(s) and sermon heard during the service of worship.

Teens | Sunday Evening Faith Formation
During the school year, the teens meet together at 6:00 p.m. on the first and third Sunday of the month at various teens' homes. This year, the teens are studying "Living Your Faith in a Messed Up World," which is a close examination of "Our World Belongs to God: a Contemporary Testimony" that is appropriate to the specific challenges and opportunities that teens face. This time together is designed to unabashedly tell God's story and to equip our teenagers to courageously follow King Jesus, shining his light into every facet of their lives at home, at school, on the sports field, in the mall, on the internet, and even to the ends of the earth. Valley Youth Events and Activities:
Valley Youth is a small, tight-knit group that is also amazingly welcoming and open to newcomers. They love to invite new people into their fellowship, whether its for one event or for years. They meet on Sunday evenings for formal faith formation classes (see above), and they also love to get together about once a month outside of Sunday mornings for various events at Valley's building or off campus.
